1. The Promotion

The Foska “Buy Foska, Earn Points, Win Big!” Promotion 2026 (the “Promotion” or “Competition”) is promoted by Chas. E. Ramson Limited, 449 Spanish Town Road, Kingston 11, Jamaica, W.I., TRN 000-006-181 (“Chas. E. Ramson Limited”, “we”, “us”), and administered by its agency Ignite Holdings Group of Companies Limited, 57a Old Harbour Road, Spanish Town, St. Catherine (“Ignite”).

The Promotion is scheduled to begin on October 1, 2026 and end on December 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Jamaica time (the “promotional period”), subject to these terms and conditions. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to the full terms, conditions and rules of this Promotion.

The Promotion is conducted islandwide. Any supermarket, wholesaler or retail outlet in Jamaica stocking the participating Foska products is a valid place of purchase, and no restricted list of participating outlets applies.

The rules are accessible throughout the Competition on posters, flyers, shelf wobblers, counter cards and danglers in participating stores, on Facebook (@MyFoskaOats), on Instagram (@myfoskaoats), on this website (foskaingrained.com) and on the WhatsApp entry line 1 (876) 288-4512.

2. Eligibility

• Each entrant must be 18 years or older as at the time of purchase and at the date of submission of the contest entry.
• Entrants must live or ordinarily reside in Jamaica.
• Employees of Chas. E. Ramson Limited or any of its subsidiaries, its affiliates, its auditors, Caribbean Foods Limited, Ignite Holdings Group of Companies Limited and its affiliates, members of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, and the immediate families of the above-named groups – that is, their parents, siblings, spouse or children – are ineligible for participation of any kind.
• Age verification: the Promotion is open only to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. Date of birth is a mandatory field at registration, and the WhatsApp entry platform and the website entry form will reject any registration showing a date of birth less than eighteen (18) years before the date of entry. Age is verified a second time at the point of prize redemption against the winner's government-issued photo identification, and any winner found to be under the age of eighteen (18) forfeits the prize.

3. How to enter

1. Purchase one or more participating Foska products at any supermarket, wholesaler or retail outlet in Jamaica and retain the receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Enter by scanning the QR code on the promotional materials or visiting foskaingrained.com, which leads to the WhatsApp entry line 1 (876) 288-4512, or by using the online entry form at foskaingrained.com/#enter. Submit a clear photograph of the receipt together with your entry details.
3. Each verified receipt earns points based on the participating product(s) and the quantity shown on the receipt. Points determine which prize tiers the entrant qualifies for.

For entries to be valid, receipts must be dated within the period of the Promotion, i.e. October 1, 2026 to December 20, 2026. Each receipt shall be submitted only once. The verification system will reject any duplicate submission of a receipt number.

Entrants may submit multiple entries during the promotional period, provided each entry is supported by a separate valid receipt. There is no maximum number of points per receipt; the points credited are determined solely by the participating Foska products purchased and the quantities shown on that receipt.

The final date and time for entering the Competition is Sunday, December 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. This is considered the deadline to submit a qualifying entry. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Monday, December 21, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. and the winners will be announced on December 21, 2026.

4. Entrant's details

Entrants must provide:

• full name
• date of birth
• telephone number
• email address (optional)
• parish
• a clear image of the receipt showing a valid purchase at a retail outlet in Jamaica within the promotional period in order to submit a valid entry. The image of the receipt must clearly show the name of the store, the date of purchase, the participating Foska product(s) and quantities purchased, and the store transaction/reference number.

Entrants must also confirm that they accept these Terms & Conditions and have read the Privacy Policy. Consent to be contacted about Foska products and promotions is optional and separate; it is not a condition of entry.

5. Participating products and points

Multiple participating Foska items on a single receipt are each counted, so one transaction may earn points for several products.

6. Prize tiers and thresholds

Entry into the Grand Prize Draw is earned in sets of one hundred and fifty (150) points. Each complete set of 150 points accumulated during the promotional period earns the entrant one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw: 150 points equals one (1) entry, 300 points equals two (2) entries, 450 points equals three (3) entries, and so on. Points remaining after a complete set of 150 has been counted do not earn a further entry.

7. Prizes

There will be one hundred and seventy-eight (178) winners in total island-wide. Total prize pool value: JMD $2,108,660.

All appliance and electronic prizes are sourced from PriceSmart Jamaica. Voucher, gift card and phone credit prizes are issued through the GiftMe platform. The refrigerator and microwave are subject to stock confirmation at the time of procurement, and equivalent models of the same or higher value will be substituted if required. Prize imagery in promotional materials is indicative only.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a prize of equal value, save for the cash prizes expressly stated above. Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to an account held in the winner's name. All winners of a cash prize agree and understand that Chas. E. Ramson Limited is not responsible for the payment of any sum above the cash prize amount, including any costs, charges, taxes or otherwise that may be applicable in relation to the prize. Should any sums need to be deducted before payment, including taxes, the net sum after such deduction shall be paid over.

8. Draw calendar

There are eleven (11) weekly draws and one (1) Grand Prize Draw. Weekly draws take place on Fridays at 9:00 a.m.; entries close at 11:59 p.m. the Thursday before; winners are announced the following day. The Grand Prize Draw will be live streamed on Instagram at @myfoskaoats.

Weekly prizes awarded

Each weekly draw awards five (5) Phone Credit prizes, two (2) Digital Gift Cards, two (2) Foska Gift Baskets and two (2) Lunch Vouchers as the standing weekly prizes, plus the mid-tier and major prizes set out below. The final weekly draw on December 18, 2026 awards a double allocation of the standing weekly prizes: ten (10) Phone Credit, four (4) Digital Gift Cards, four (4) Foska Gift Baskets and four (4) Lunch Vouchers.

9. The selection process

Only eligible entries will be submitted to the prize draw. Eligible entries are those that were successfully submitted with completed entry details and a valid corresponding receipt attached, verified by the promotion system, and with no evidence of fraud. The receipt image provided is used to complete the validation process: the system confirms the presence of participating Foska products, validates quantities, screens for duplicate, altered or suspicious submissions, and then credits points to the entrant's campaign profile. Every entry is reviewed before each draw.

On the draw dates stated above, the selection of the winners will be conducted electronically via a Random Number Generation system, using Microsoft Excel, at the offices of Ignite Holdings Group of Companies Limited at 57a Old Harbour Road, Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica. Winners will be selected randomly using a proprietary formula used by Chas. E. Ramson Limited's collaborative agency, Ignite Holdings.

At each weekly draw, the order of selection will be:

1. five (5) winners selected for the Phone Credit prize
2. two (2) winners selected for the Digital Gift Card prize
3. two (2) winners selected for the Foska Gift Basket prize
4. two (2) winners selected for the Lunch Voucher prize
5. the mid-tier prize winners scheduled for that week, drawn from entrants with 35 or more accumulated points
6. the major prize winner scheduled for that week, where applicable, drawn from entrants with 75 or more accumulated points

At the final weekly draw on December 18, 2026, the standing weekly prizes are doubled: ten (10) winners for the Phone Credit prize, four (4) for the Digital Gift Card, four (4) for the Foska Gift Basket and four (4) for the Lunch Voucher.

At the Grand Prize Draw, one (1) winner will be selected for the Samsung Smart Refrigerator and one (1) winner will be selected for the Apple iPhone 18, in that order of selection. The Grand Prize Draw is conducted from the pool of entries earned in complete sets of 150 points, so an entrant holding 300 points has two (2) entries in the pool, an entrant holding 450 points has three (3) entries, and so on.

Non-winning entries, including unused backup selections, will be re-entered for the following draws. Winning a weekly, mid-tier or major prize does not remove an entrant from subsequent draws. An entrant who has met the minimum point threshold for a tier remains eligible for that tier's draws, including the Grand Prize Draw, regardless of prizes already won. No entrant may, however, win the same prize more than once: once an entrant has been awarded a particular prize, that entrant is excluded from all further draws for that same prize and any subsequent selection of that entrant for it will be void, with the backup winner taking the prize.

At each draw, three (3) backup winners will be selected for each prize. Backup winners will be contacted in the event that the entrant:

• is not reached after two (2) phone call attempts;
• is unable to verify their entry or identity;
• is unable to be in attendance on presentation day;
• is a member of any of the groups excluded from the Promotion.

Any backup winner selected for a prize draw but not awarded a prize shall be re-entered for subsequent draws.

10. Winner notification and claiming

No more than two attempts will be made to contact any given entrant on the applicable draw date, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Once a selected entrant has been successfully contacted, the representative will verify the entrant's identity by requesting their full name and date of birth and confirming whether they are among the groups excluded from participating in the Promotion. Once the information is successfully verified and the entrant is deemed an eligible participant, he/she will be informed that he/she is a winner.

All winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's Licence, Voter's ID or Passport) in order to redeem their prize, and the original or digital copy of the physical receipt as proof of purchase when redeeming their prize.

All winners understand and agree that it is a requirement that they sign a release and discharge of liability form at the time of collection of their prize, otherwise the prize will not be handed over and instead will be forfeited.

Prize winners must claim their prize from Chas. E. Ramson Limited within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement date for the applicable draw. Prizes not claimed within that period will be forfeited and retained by Chas. E. Ramson Limited. Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Chas. E. Ramson Limited.

A winner will forfeit their claim to a prize for any of the following reasons:

• The individual is unable to produce a valid government-issued photo ID and receipt as proof of purchase at the time of collection of the prize.
• The individual refuses to allow Chas. E. Ramson Limited (under the Foska brand) to use their name and likeness and/or to participate in Foska's advertising and public relations campaign relating to the Competition, whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration.
• The individual refuses to sign a release and discharge of liability form with Chas. E. Ramson Limited in relation to the Foska “Buy Foska, Earn Points, Win Big!” Promotion 2026 prize.

All risk shall automatically pass onto the winner immediately upon receiving the prize, and Chas. E. Ramson Limited gives no guarantee that said prizes are fit for any specific purpose; they are given “as is”.

11. Publicity

Entry in the Promotion is an agreement by the entrant to be featured in subsequent advertising (print, voice, or digital) as it relates to this specific Promotion. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to allow Chas. E. Ramson Limited (under the Foska brand) to use their name and likeness, and to participate in advertising and public relations campaigns relating to the Competition whether in electronic, print or other media, for no further consideration. This includes the live streamed Grand Prize Draw and published winner announcements.

12. Your information

By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to their information being used by Chas. E. Ramson Limited or its representatives to contact them about this Competition for the period of this Promotion.

Information collected from entrants during this Promotion will not be used by Chas. E. Ramson Limited for any purpose outside of the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Entrant information will be destroyed no later than six (6) months after the end of the Promotion and the completion of the associated activities related to the administration of the prizes, and will not be sold or otherwise transferred to any third party for any reason, including marketing and promotion purposes, unless the entrant provides such consent for marketing and promotion purposes. 13. General rules

Chas. E. Ramson Limited reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or winner, with consultation and prior approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, where the entrant or winner:

• is found to be ineligible; and/or
• has violated any rule of the Competition stated herein; and/or
• tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Competition or the Competition website or WhatsApp platform; and/or
• supplies untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

Determination of the winners is final. Once the criteria are met for claiming a prize and a prize is awarded, any person(s) wishing to dispute the awarding of the prize should send communication in writing to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.

All participants and the winners, as the case may be, indemnify Chas. E. Ramson Limited, its marketing/advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers and its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this promotional competition (including as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of Chas. E. Ramson Limited and/or use of the prizes).

The website domain name may be subject to change due to internal client back-end regulations; all contents of the site will remain the same.
