Oatmisu Shots

Recipe Yield: 6 

Prep Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  •  ⅓ cup Foska Instant Oatmeal Porridge Mix

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • ¼ cup Foska Oat Milk

  • Coffee powder (to dust on top)

Instructions:

  1. Add instant oats along with oat milk and soak for 10 minutes

  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and small amount of oat milk until smoothly blended

  3. Layer shot cup with soaked oats mixture then pipe cream cheese mixture on top and repeat until glass is ¾ way full.

  4. Lightly dust the top with coffee powder

  5. Chill for 15 minutes and serve!
