Ban-Coco Oatmeal Porridge

Recipe Yields 2-4 servings 

Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Foska Oatmilk

  • 2 cups Water

  • 1 cup Foska Oats

  • ½ cup sliced Fresh Bananas

  • ¼ cup Shredded Coconut

  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Rose Water Extract

  • ¼ teaspoon Almond Extract

  • Salt (tt)

  • Sweetener of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with cold water and place on a low heat.

  2. Add Banana, Foska Oats, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Rose Water, Almond Extract and Foska Oat Milk; blend until smooth.

  3. Add Banana and Oats mixture to heated water in pot and stir until evenly blended and smooth.

  4. Stir continuously for 10 minutes to avoid sticking and large lumps.

  5. Fold coconut flakes in, sweeten to taste and serve!
